What Happens When You Call

1. Tell us what’s going on. The appliance, the brand, and what it’s doing — or not doing.

2. We schedule you. We’ll give you a time window that actually works, not a vague all-day block.

3. We diagnose it. $85, and it applies toward your repair if you move forward.

4. You get the price before we start. No work happens until you’ve approved the cost.

5. We fix it. Many repairs are finished on the first visit. If we need to order a part, we come back with no second diagnostic fee.

Before You Call, Grab Two Things

Your model number. It’s on a sticker somewhere on the unit — inside a refrigerator along the wall or near the crisper, under the lid or inside the door frame on a washer or dryer, along the door frame on a dishwasher. Having it means we’re far more likely to arrive with the right part.

What the appliance is doing. Does it run at all? Any noise, smell, or water on the floor? When did it start? Those details often tell us the likely cause before we’re in the driveway.
